What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at both homes. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request a few days ahead, and additional fees may apply.
What’s provided in the home?
Both homes come with linens, cookware, glassware, dining utensils, a coffee maker with filters, and pool and bath towels.
What is included for families with children?
Both homes are built with families in mind: private pools and themed bedrooms. That's Disney-inspired rooms and a backyard mini golf course at one home, and Princess and Star Wars rooms at the other. See each listing page for its full amenities list.
Do you have a crib, high chair, or stroller?

Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is included at both homes, with the network details sent in your arrival letter before check-in.
When will I get the address and check-in details?
You’ll receive a full welcome book before your stay, and an arrival letter one day before check-in with your personalized door code and the exact address, for contactless self-check-in.
How far are you from Disneyland and other nearby attractions?
Disneyland is about a 10-minute drive from Ames, and the Convention Center is a 10-to-15-minute walk from Margie. For everything else, here are straight-line distances from each home. Actual driving distance will run a bit longer:

Is there a tax on my stay?
Yes, per City of Anaheim ordinance, short-term rental stays are subject to a 15% transient occupancy tax, applied to all charges.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel 60+ days before arrival and you’re refunded in full, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancel 31-60 days out for a 50% refund; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Stays during the 2028 LA Olympics period follow a stricter schedule: 50% refund 180+ days out, non-refundable within 90 days.
